2121 AN ACT FUNDING THE UNFUNDED PENSION LIABILITY PORTION
2222 OF THE FRINGE BENEFIT COST FOR CERTAIN EMPLOYEES OF THE
2323 CONSTITUENT UNITS OF THE STATE SYSTEM OF HIGHER

2525 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
2626 Assembly convened:

2828 Section 1. (NEW) (Effective July 1, 2019) For the fiscal year ending 1
2929 June 30, 2020, and for each fiscal year thereafter, the Comptroller shall 2
3030 fund, from resources appropriated for the State Comptroller-Fringe 3
3131 Benefits, the unfunded pension liability portion of the fringe benefit 4
3232 costs of the constituent units of the state system of higher education for 5
3333 employees compensated through resources other than the General 6
3434 Fund. Nothing in this section shall change the funding by the 7
3535 Comptroller of the fringe benefit costs of the constituent units of the 8
3636 state system of higher education for employees compensated through 9
