2020 AN ACT REQUIRING A STUDY OF VETERANS' SERVICES O FFERED
2121 BY OASIS CENTERS.
2222 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
2323 Assembly convened:

2525 Section 1. (Effective from passage) The Commissioner of Veterans 1
2626 Affairs shall conduct a study of the Operation Academic Support for 2
2727 Incoming Service Members (OASIS) centers already established at 3
2828 certain public institutions of higher education in this state to (1) 4
2929 identify means of expanding availability of any programming 5
3030 developed or service offered at such OASIS centers to any veteran, 6
3131 regardless of enrollment at any such public institution of higher 7
3232 education, and (2) evaluate the feasibility of any such expansion. The 8
3333 commissioner shall report, in accordance with the provisions of section 9
3434 11-4a of the general statutes, the findings of such study to the joint 10
3535 standing committee of the General Assembly having cognizance of 11
3636 matters relating to veterans' and military affairs on or before January 1, 12
