| 27 | 27 | (s) A fee of sixty-nine dollars shall be charged in addition to the 4 | |
| 28 | 28 | regular fee prescribed for the registration of a motor vehicle, including 5 | |
| 29 | 29 | but not limited to any passenger motor vehicle or motorcycle, in 6 | |
| 30 | 30 | accordance with this section for a number plate or plates for such 7 | |
| 31 | 31 | vehicle bearing any combination of no more than eight letters or 8 | |
| 32 | 32 | numbers requested by the registrant and which may be issued in the 9 | |
| 33 | 33 | discretion of the commissioner, except in any case in which the 10 | |
