| 19 | 26 | implications of the state ratifying and approving the Psychology 4 | |
| 20 | - | Interjurisdictional Compact, | |

| 21 | 28 | licensed in a state that participates in said compact to practice 6 | |
| 22 | 29 | telehealth, as defined in section 19a-906 of the general statutes, in the 7 | |
