2119 AN ACT CONCERNING MU NICIPAL DATA REPORTING.
2220 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General

2523 Section 1. (NEW) (Effective July 1, 2019) Not later than October first 1
2624 annually, each employer, as defined in section 38a-513f of the general 2
2725 statutes, shall submit a report to the Secretary of the Office of Policy 3
2826 and Management, in a form and manner prescribed by the secretary. 4
2927 Such report shall contain (1) the number of active collective bargaining 5
3028 agreements between the employer and employee organizations, (2) the 6
3129 number of employees covered by such agreements, (3) for any 7
3230 employer that sponsors a fully insured group health insurance policy 8
3331 for its active employees, early retirees and retirees that provides 9
3432 coverage of the type specified in subdivisions (1), (2), (4), (11), (12) and 10
3533 (16) of section 38a-469 of the general statutes, the percentage increase 11
3634 or decrease in the policy costs, calculated as the total premium costs, 12
3735 inclusive of any premiums or contributions paid by active employees, 13
3836 early retirees and retirees, divided by the total number of active 14
3937 employees, early retirees and retirees covered by such policy, for the 15
