21	19		AN ACT CONCERNING MU NICIPAL DATA REPORTING.
22	20		Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
23	21		Assembly convened:

25	23		Section 1. (NEW) (Effective July 1, 2019) Not later than October first 1
26	24		annually, each employer, as defined in section 38a-513f of the general 2
27	25		statutes, shall submit a report to the Secretary of the Office of Policy 3
28	26		and Management, in a form and manner prescribed by the secretary. 4
29	27		Such report shall contain (1) the number of active collective bargaining 5
30	28		agreements between the employer and employee organizations, (2) the 6
31	29		number of employees covered by such agreements, (3) for any 7
32	30		employer that sponsors a fully insured group health insurance policy 8
33	31		for its active employees, early retirees and retirees that provides 9
34	32		coverage of the type specified in subdivisions (1), (2), (4), (11), (12) and 10
35	33		(16) of section 38a-469 of the general statutes, the percentage increase 11
36	34		or decrease in the policy costs, calculated as the total premium costs, 12
37	35		inclusive of any premiums or contributions paid by active employees, 13
38	36		early retirees and retirees, divided by the total number of active 14
39	37		employees, early retirees and retirees covered by such policy, for the 15
40	38		preceding year, and (4) information concerning retirement plans and 16 Raised Bill No. 7365
