| 23 | 23 | Section 1. (Effective from passage) The Secretary of the Office of Policy 1 | |
| 24 | 24 | and Management shall conduct a review of state mandates, as defined 2 | |
| 25 | 25 | in section 2-32b of the general statutes. Not later than February 1, 2020, 3 | |
| 26 | 26 | the secretary shall submit the results of such review, in accordance 4 | |
| 27 | 27 | with section 11-4a of the general statutes, to the joint standing 5 | |
| 28 | 28 | committee of the General Assembly having cognizance of matters 6 | |
| 29 | 29 | relating to appropriations and the budgets of state agencies. 7 | |
