AN ACT CONCERNING ST ATE MANDATES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
Section 1. (Effective from passage) The Secretary of the Office of Policy 1
and Management shall conduct a review of state mandates, as defined 2
in section 2-32b of the general statutes. Not later than February 1, 2020, 3
the secretary shall submit the results of such review, in accordance 4
with section 11-4a of the general statutes, to the joint standing 5
committee of the General Assembly having cognizance of matters 6
relating to appropriations and the budgets of state agencies. 7
This act shall take effect as follows and shall amend the following
sections:
