| 24 | 24 | Section 1. (Effective from passage) The Comptroller shall conduct a 1 | |
| 25 | 25 | review of expenditures for state employee benefits during the 2 | |
| 26 | 26 | biennium ending June 30, 2019. Not later than February 1, 2020, the 3 | |
| 27 | 27 | Comptroller shall submit the results of such review, in accordance 4 | |
| 28 | 28 | with section 11-4a of the general statutes, to the joint standing 5 | |
| 29 | 29 | committee of the General Assembly having cognizance of matters 6 | |
| 30 | 30 | relating to appropriations and the budgets of state agencies. 7 | |
