AN ACT CONCERNING EX PENDITURES FOR STATE EMPLOYEE
BENEFITS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
Section 1. (Effective from passage) The Comptroller shall conduct a 1
review of expenditures for state employee benefits during the 2
biennium ending June 30, 2019. Not later than February 1, 2020, the 3
Comptroller shall submit the results of such review, in accordance 4
with section 11-4a of the general statutes, to the joint standing 5
committee of the General Assembly having cognizance of matters 6
relating to appropriations and the budgets of state agencies. 7
This act shall take effect as follows and shall amend the following
sections:
