| 27 | 24 | commissioner shall submit the results of such review, in accordance 4 | |
| 28 | 25 | with section 11-4a of the general statutes, to the joint standing 5 | |
| 29 | 26 | committee of the General Assembly having cognizance of matters 6 | |
