26 | 23 | biennium ending June 30, 2019. Not later than February 1, 2020, the 3 | |
27 | 24 | commissioner shall submit the results of such review, in accordance 4 | |
28 | 25 | with section 11-4a of the general statutes, to the joint standing 5 | |
29 | 26 | committee of the General Assembly having cognizance of matters 6 | |
