2424 AMENDMENT TO DISQUALIFY FELONY CONVICTS FROM HOLDING

2828 That section five of article fourth of the Constitution of the state and 1
2929 article two of the amendments to the Constitution of the state, as 2
3030 amended by article fifteen of said amendments, be amended to 3
3131 provide that any individual who has been convicted of any felony shall 4
3232 be ineligible to the offices of Governor, Lieutenant Governor, Secretary 5
3333 of the State, Treasurer, Comptroller and Attorney General. 6
