| 34 | 34 | | WHEREAS, the Continuing Legislative Committee on State 5 |

| 35 | 35 | | Planning and Development has, since 1976, overseen the process of 6 |

| 36 | 36 | | drafting, improving, refining and revising the state plan of 7 |

| 37 | 37 | | conservation and development which has been carried out by the 8 |

| 38 | 38 | | Office of Policy and Management; and 9 |

| 39 | 39 | | WHEREAS, the Continuing Legislative Committee on State 10 |

| 40 | 40 | | Planning and Development has held meetings and hearings and has 11 |

| 41 | 41 | | incorporated the recommendations of municipalities and stakeholders 12 |
