AGREEMENT BETWEEN TH E STATE OF CONNECTIC UT JUDICIAL
BRANCH AND THE STATE OF CONNECTICUT JUDIC IAL
EMPLOYEES, LOCAL 749 , AFSCME, AFL-CIO.
Resolved by this House:
That the memorandum of agreement between the State of 1
Connecticut Judicial Branch and the State of Connecticut Judicial 2
Employees, Local 749, AFSCME, AFL-CIO, concerning newly acquired 3
bargaining unit members, submitted to this assembly May 3, 2019, for 4
approval, as provided in subsection (b) of section 5-278 of the general 5
statutes, is approved. 6
