2121 AN ACT AUTHORIZING BONDS OF THE STATE FOR THE

2525 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
2626 Assembly convened:

2828 That the State Bond Commission be empowered to authorize the 1
2929 issuance of bonds of the state in accordance with section 3-20 of the 2
3030 general statutes, in principal amounts not exceeding in the aggregate 3
3131 two million two hundred thousand dollars, the proceeds of which shall 4
3232 be used by the Department of Economic and Community 5
3333 Development for the purpose of providing a grant-in-aid to the town 6
3434 of Columbia for the replacement of an abandoned railroad bridge over 7
3535 the Hop River, including a pedestrian bridge, and the construction of 8
3636 four thousand four hundred feet of a multi-use trail as part of the East 9
3737 Coast Greenway system in Hop River State Park. 10
