| 24 | 24 | transportation for Medicaid recipients, including, but not limited to, (1) 2 | |
| 25 | 25 | response times, cancellation and tardiness rates of the current 3 | |
| 26 | 26 | nonemergency transportation service provider, (2) ways to ensure 4 | |
| 27 | 27 | adequate response time to requests for service, (3) appropriate 5 | |
| 28 | 28 | penalties for cancellation of service, and (4) appropriate penalties for 6 | |
