25 | 25 | equalize rates paid to primary care or treating practitioners at federally 3 | |
26 | 26 | qualified health centers with rates paid to such practitioners at other 4 | |
27 | 27 | health centers for electronic consultation services, and (2) pay such 5 | |
28 | 28 | rates in addition to the fixed fee patient visit rates at each federally 6 | |
