2121 AN ACT CUTTING OFF PUBLIC ASSISTANCE FOR PERSONS WHO
2222 LEAVE THE STATE FOR MORE THAN THIRTY DAYS.
2323 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General

2626 That title 17b of the general statutes be amended to require that any 1
2727 recipient of public assistance who is absent from the state for more 2
2828 than thirty days loses public assistance and that such absence 3
2929 establishes a rebuttable presumption of abandonment of Connecticut 4
