2323 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General

2626 That chapter 925 of the general statutes be amended to provide 1
2727 protections to an employer in a civil action that in whole, or in part, is 2
2828 attributable to the employer's decision to fire or refuse to hire an 3
2929 employee because of a failed marijuana drug test. 4
