| 26 | 26 | services from the department, (2) the Secretary of the Office of Policy 4 | |
| 27 | 27 | and Management to consult with stakeholders on any plan to close a 5 | |
| 28 | 28 | facility operated by the Department of Developmental Services, and (3) 6 | |
| 29 | 29 | the Department of Developmental Services to provide advance notice 7 | |
| 30 | 30 | when the eligibility of a person with intellectual disability to receive 8 | |
