1818 AN ACT CONCERNING "UPSKIRTING".
1919 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
2020 Assembly convened:

2222 That section 53a-189a of the general statutes be amended to include 1
2323 in the definition of voyeurism that a person is guilty of voyeurism 2
2424 when with the intent to arouse or satisfy the sexual desire of such 3
2525 person or any other person, such person knowingly photographs or 4
2626 records an image of a person's body under or through his or her 5
2727 clothing without the knowledge or consent of such other person. 6
2828 Statement of Purpose:
2929 To make it unlawful to take "upskirt" photos without consent even if
3030 the victim is in a public place.
