24 | 24 | That the general statutes be amended to (1) raise the minimum age 1 | |
25 | 25 | to purchase electronic nicotine delivery systems and vapor products to 2 | |
26 | 26 | twenty-one, (2) increase the penalty to any seller, seller's agent or 3 | |
27 | 27 | employee who sells to any person under the age of twenty-one an 4 | |
28 | 28 | electronic nicotine delivery system or vapor product to six hundred 5 | |
29 | 29 | dollars for the first offense, one thousand fifty dollars for the second 6 | |
30 | 30 | offense and one thousand five hundred dollars for each subsequent 7 | |
31 | 31 | offense, and (3) require any individual who uses electronic nicotine 8 | |
32 | 32 | delivery systems or vapor products to disclose such use to their health 9 | |
