1818 AN ACT CONCERNING RETAILER POLICIES CONCERNING
1919 COMPROMISED DEBIT OR CREDIT CARDS.
2020 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General

2323 That title 21a of the general statutes be amended to prohibit any 1
2424 retailer doing business in the state, including via the Internet, from 2
2525 banning a consumer from shopping solely because a bank reported 3
2626 false credit or debit card charges due to a compromised credit or debit 4
2727 card, unless the retailer has a written company policy. 5
