| 29 | | - | assisted housing who is not exempt under subsection (b) of this 7 |

| 30 | | - | section. Any such resident shall meet with the resident service 8 |
|---|
| 31 | | - | coordinator not less than once every six months to review 9 |
|---|
| 32 | | - | opportunities for such resident to participate in existing vocational, 10 |
|---|
| 33 | | - | educational or literacy programs at no cost to such resident. 11 |
|---|
| 34 | | - | (b) The following persons are exempt from the requirement in 12 |
|---|
| 35 | | - | subsection (a) of this act: (1) A person who is sixty-two years of age or 13 |
|---|
| 36 | | - | older; (2) a person who is blind, physically disabled or who has a 14 |
|---|
| 37 | | - | mental disability, as those terms are defined in section 46a-51 of the 15 |

| 38 | | - | general statutes, or an intellectual disability, as defined in section 1-1g 16 |
