| 25 | 25 | the estate of such inmate, who has filed a claim with the Office of the 3 | |
| 26 | 26 | Claims Commissioner in connection with a fatal injury or an injury 4 | |
| 27 | 27 | that resulted in a permanent disability suffered while incarcerated, to 5 | |
| 28 | 28 | receive all personnel, protocol or policy reviews, medical files or 6 | |
| 29 | 29 | medical reviews, corrective action plans or summary reports in the 7 | |
| 30 | 30 | possession of the Department of Correction upon petition from such 8 | |
