| 15 | 15 | | Assembly convened: |

| 17 | 17 | | Section 1. (NEW) (Effective from passage) Not later than February 1, 1 |
|---|
| 18 | 18 | | 2020, and annually thereafter, the Commissioner of Administrative 2 |
|---|
| 19 | 19 | | Services shall submit a report, in accordance with the provisions of 3 |
|---|
| 20 | 20 | | section 11-4a of the general statutes, to the Governor and to the joint 4 |
|---|
| 21 | 21 | | standing committees of the General Assembly having cognizance of 5 |
|---|
| 22 | 22 | | matters relating to government administration, labor and public 6 |
|---|
| 23 | 23 | | employees, public safety and mental health and addiction services. 7 |
|---|
| 24 | 24 | | Such report shall include (1) a summary of the number of complaints 8 |
|---|
| 25 | 25 | | of workplace violence or abusive conduct involving state employees 9 |
|---|
| 26 | 26 | | and the outcomes of such complaints for the preceding year, (2) 10 |
|---|
| 27 | 27 | | recommendations for administrative or legislative action related to 11 |
|---|
| 28 | 28 | | such complaints, and (3) any additional information or 12 |
|---|
| 29 | 29 | | recommendations such commissioner deems necessary and relevant 13 |
|---|
| 30 | 30 | | regarding the reporting, prevention, evaluation and investigation of 14 |
|---|
| 31 | 31 | | such complaints. 15 |
|---|
| 32 | 32 | | This act shall take effect as follows and shall amend the following |
