9	20		AN ACT CONCERNING TH E TRANSFER OF LAW EN FORCEMENT
10	21		AGENCY RECORDS BETWE EN AGENCIES.
11	22		Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
12	23		Assembly convened:

14		-	Section 1. (NEW) (Effective July 1, 2019) A law enforcement agency
15		-	that discloses records that may be withheld from disclosure under
16		-	subdivision (3) of subsection (b) of section 1-210 of the general statutes
17		-	to another law enforcement agency that is permitted to receive such
18		-	records shall not be liable for any further disclosure of such records by
19		-	the agency receiving the records.
