1919 AN ACT CONCERNING WO RKFORCE HOUSING.
2020 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
2121 Assembly convened:

2323 Section 1. (Effective from passage) The Department of Housing shall, 1
2424 within available appropriations, conduct a study on methods to 2
2525 increase housing options for municipal employees who wish to reside 3
2626 in the municipalities in which they work. Not later than January 1, 4
2727 2020, the Commissioner of Housing shall submit a report on the results 5
2828 of such study, in accordance with the provisions of section 11-4a of the 6
2929 general statutes, to the joint standing committee of the General 7
3030 Assembly having cognizance of matters relating to housing. Such 8
3131 report shall include recommendations on methods to increase such 9
3232 housing options and any legislation necessary to implement such 10
3333 recommendations. 11
3434 This act shall take effect as follows and shall amend the following
