| 14 | 14 | | Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General |

| 15 | 15 | | Assembly convened: |

| 17 | 17 | | Section 1. (NEW) (Effective July 1, 2019) There is established an 1 |
|---|
| 18 | 18 | | account to be known as the "law enforcement support office program 2 |
|---|
| 19 | 19 | | account" which shall be a separate, nonlapsing account within the 3 |
|---|
| 20 | 20 | | General Fund. The account shall contain any moneys required by law 4 |
|---|
| 21 | 21 | | to be deposited in the account which shall include, but not be limited 5 |
|---|
| 22 | 22 | | to, all fees paid to the Military Department by local law enforcement 6 |
|---|
| 23 | 23 | | agencies of this state for the purpose of participating in the law 7 |
|---|
| 24 | 24 | | enforcement support program administered by said department and 8 |
|---|
| 25 | 25 | | established under 10 USC 2576a, as amended from time to time. 9 |
|---|
| 26 | 26 | | Moneys in the account shall be expended by the Adjutant General for 10 |
|---|
| 27 | 27 | | the purpose of administering the operations of the law enforcement 11 |
|---|
| 28 | 28 | | support program. 12 |
|---|
| 29 | 29 | | This act shall take effect as follows and shall amend the following |
