2019 AN ACT REQUIRING THE STUDY OF THE USE OF TECHNOLOGY IN

2221 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General

2524 Section 1. (Effective July 1, 2019) (a) The chairperson of the Public 1
2625 Utilities Regulatory Authority shall conduct a study regarding the use 2
2726 of technology in the state. 3
2827 (b) Not later than July 1, 2020, the chairperson of the Public Utilities 4
2928 Regulatory Authority, in accordance with section 11-4a of the general 5
3029 statutes, shall report the results of the study conducted pursuant to 6
3130 subsection (a) of this section to the joint standing committee of the 7
3231 General Assembly having cognizance of matters relating to energy and 8
3332 technology. 9
3433 This act shall take effect as follows and shall amend the following
