25 | 24 | Section 1. (Effective July 1, 2019) (a) The chairperson of the Public 1 | |
26 | 25 | Utilities Regulatory Authority shall conduct a study regarding the use 2 | |
27 | 26 | of technology in the state. 3 | |
28 | 27 | (b) Not later than July 1, 2020, the chairperson of the Public Utilities 4 | |
29 | 28 | Regulatory Authority, in accordance with section 11-4a of the general 5 | |
30 | 29 | statutes, shall report the results of the study conducted pursuant to 6 | |
31 | 30 | subsection (a) of this section to the joint standing committee of the 7 | |
32 | 31 | General Assembly having cognizance of matters relating to energy and 8 | |
33 | 32 | technology. 9 | |
34 | 33 | This act shall take effect as follows and shall amend the following | |
