29 | 28 | | environment concerning: (1) Any revisions to the state's requirements 6 |

30 | 29 | | for municipalities pursuant to the municipal separate storm sewer 7 |

31 | 30 | | system general permit, (2) methods for reducing any fiscal burdens for 8 |
---|
32 | 31 | | municipalities that are associated with complying with such 9 |
---|
33 | 32 | | stormwater general permit requirements, (3) best practices for the 10 |
---|
34 | 33 | | effective management of stormwater by municipalities, regardless of 11 |
---|
35 | 34 | | whether such practices are required pursuant to such stormwater 12 |
---|
36 | 35 | | general permit, and (4) the establishment or utilization of funding 13 |
---|
37 | 36 | | sources for municipalities to both employ such best practices and to 14 |
---|
