1919 AN ACT CONCERNING TH E ISSUANCE OF TEMPORARY FOOD
2020 SERVICE ESTABLISHMEN T PERMITS.
2121 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General

2424 Section 1. (Effective July 1, 2019) Not later than July 1, 2020, the 1
2525 Commissioner of Public Health shall adopt regulations, in accordance 2
2626 with the provisions of chapter 54 of the general statutes, to permit any 3
2727 director of health to issue a permit for a temporary food service 4
2828 establishment for a period exceeding fourteen days to any vendor that 5
2929 intends to serve food and drink in a combined food hall and 6
3030 marketplace. 7
3131 This act shall take effect as follows and shall amend the following
