RESOLUTION CONFIRMIN G THE NOMINATION OF ROBERT M.
BERKE OF WOODBRIDGE TO BE A MEMBER OF TH E CRIMINAL
JUSTICE COMMISSION.
Resolved by this Assembly:
That the nomination by His Excellency, the Governor, of Robert M. 1
Berke, of Woodbridge, to be a member of the Criminal Justice 2
Commission, for a term coterminous with his term or until a successor 3
is appointed and has qualified, whichever is longer, is approved and 4
confirmed, and he is appointed said member for said term. 5
