Resolved by the Senate:
That the collective bargaining agreement between the State of 1
Connecticut Judicial Branch and the Judicial Professional Employees 2
Union, JPE/AFT-CT, AFL-CIO, submitted to this assembly January 25, 3
2019, for approval, as provided in subsection (b) of section 5-278 of the 4
general statutes, is approved. 5
