| 25 | 25 | minor child by a prospective adoptive parent who is a relative of the 3 | |
| 26 | 26 | child, the Department of Children and Families may not present 4 | |
| 27 | 27 | evidence of abuse, neglect or drug use, which is alleged to have been 5 | |
| 28 | 28 | committed by such prospective adoptive more than ten years prior to 6 | |
| 29 | 29 | the date of the proceeding, except evidence of sexual abuse alleged to 7 | |
