| 26 | 26 | | Section 1. Section 10a-77 of the general statutes is amended by adding 1 |

| 53 | 53 | | or charge a fee to any student enrolled in Charter Oak State College for 22 |
|---|
| 54 | 54 | | graduation from such college. 23 |

| 55 | 55 | | Sec. 4. Section 10a-105 of the general statutes is amended by adding 24 |
