AN ACT CONCERNING REIMBURSEMENT OF CERTAIN EXPENSES
INCURRED BY EMPLOYEES DURING THE COURSE OF THEIR
EMPLOYMENT.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to develop a protocol for 1
employers to reimburse employees for costs incurred by the employee 2
while in the course of their employment that exceed the existing plans 3
on the employee's electronic devices, as a result of conducting duties 4
associated with their employment. 5
Statement of Purpose:
To allow for the reimbursement of certain expenses incurred by
employees during the course of their employment.
