| 23 | 23 | That chapter 166 of the general statutes be amended to require (1) a 1 | |
| 24 | 24 | local or regional board of education to (A) conduct performance 2 | |
| 25 | 25 | evaluations for the superintendent of schools employed by such board, 3 | |
| 26 | 26 | (B) submit the results of such performance evaluation in writing, and 4 | |
| 27 | 27 | (C) make such results available to the public, and (2) superintendents to 5 | |
| 28 | 28 | complete continuing education contact hours that includes a component 6 | |
| 29 | 29 | on the basics of school building maintenance. 7 | |
