| 25 | 25 | | delinquency proceeding to be compelled; (3) the general statutes be 4 |

| 26 | 26 | | amended to establish an affirmative defense for trafficking in persons in 5 |

| 27 | 27 | | the case of a victim of trafficking; (4) section 53a-192a of the general 6 |

| 28 | 28 | | statutes concerning trafficking in persons, section 53a-83 of the general 7 |
|---|
| 29 | 29 | | statutes concerning patronizing a prostitute and section 53a-83b of the 8 |
|---|
| 30 | 30 | | general statutes concerning commercial sexual abuse of a minor be 9 |

| 31 | 31 | | amended to replace "for a fee" with "in exchange for anything of value"; 10 |
