14	19		AN ACT CONCERNING TH E USE OF COVID-19 RELIEF FUNDS TO
15	20		REPLENISH THE UNEMPLOYMENT COMPENS ATION TRUST FUND.
16	21		Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
17	22		Assembly convened:

19	24		Section 1. (Effective from passage) The Secretary of the Office of Policy 1
20		-	and Management shall deposit ~~a portion of~~ the undisbursed ~~funds~~ 2
21		-	received by the state pursuant to the Coronavirus Aid, ~~Relief, and~~ 3
22		-	Economic Security Act, P.L. 116-136, as amended from time ~~to time, and~~ 4
23		-	the Coronavirus Response and Relief Supplemental ~~Appropriations~~ 5
24		-	Act, P.L. 116-260, as amended from time to time, into ~~the~~ 6
25		-	Unemployment Compensation Trust Fund. 7
