1419 AN ACT CONCERNING TH E USE OF COVID-19 RELIEF FUNDS TO

1621 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
1722 Assembly convened:

1924 Section 1. (Effective from passage) The Secretary of the Office of Policy 1
20-and Management shall deposit a portion of the undisbursed funds 2
21-received by the state pursuant to the Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and 3
22-Economic Security Act, P.L. 116-136, as amended from time to time, and 4
23-the Coronavirus Response and Relief Supplemental Appropriations 5
24-Act, P.L. 116-260, as amended from time to time, into the 6
25-Unemployment Compensation Trust Fund. 7
