AN ACT CONCERNING TH E USE OF COVID-19 RELIEF FUNDS TO
REPLENISH THE UNEMPL OYMENT COMPENSATION TRUST FUND.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
Section 1. (Effective from passage) The Secretary of the Office of Policy 1
and Management shall deposit a portion of the undisbursed funds 2
received by the state pursuant to the Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and 3
Economic Security Act, P.L. 116-136, as amended from time to time, and 4
the Coronavirus Response and Relief Supplemental Appropriations 5
Act, P.L. 116-260, as amended from time to time, into the 6
Unemployment Compensation Trust Fund. 7
This act shall take effect as follows and shall amend the following
sections:
