| 28 | 28 | renewing, amending or continuing an individual or group health 3 | |
| 29 | 29 | insurance policy or contract in this state that provides coverage for 4 | |
| 30 | 30 | prescription drugs may require, if such health carrier uses step therapy 5 | |
| 31 | 31 | for such drugs, the use of step therapy for any prescription drug 6 | |
| 32 | 32 | prescribed to treat a behavioral health condition. 7 | |
