32 | 32 | position receiving compensation shall not receive more than forty-five 5 | |
33 | 33 | per cent of the maximum salary level for the assigned position, during 6 | |
34 | 34 | declarations of a public health or civil preparedness emergency relating 7 | |
35 | 35 | to COVID-19 by the Governor, or for the school years commencing July 8 | |
