| 25 | 25 | | Assembly convened: |

| 27 | 27 | | That the State Bond Commission be empowered to authorize the 1 |

| 28 | 28 | | issuance of bonds of the state in accordance with section 3-20 of the 2 |

| 29 | 29 | | general statutes, in principal amounts not exceeding in the aggregate 3 |

| 30 | 30 | | fifty million dollars, provided twenty-five million dollars of such 4 |

| 31 | 31 | | authorization shall be effective July 1, 2022, the proceeds of which shall 5 |
|---|
| 32 | 32 | | be used by the Office of Policy and Management for the purpose of 6 |
|---|
| 33 | 33 | | providing grants-in-aid to private, nonprofit health and human service 7 |
|---|
| 34 | 34 | | organizations that are exempt under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal 8 |

| 35 | 35 | | Revenue Code of 1986, and that receive funds from the state to provide 9 |
