1818 AN ACT FACILITATING THE SUPPLY OF FOOD AVAILABLE AT
1919 SMALLER, PRIVATE FOOD PANTRIES.
2020 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General

2323 That the general statutes be amended to authorize smaller, private 1
2424 food pantries to purchase food offered at discounted rates by larger food 2
2525 banks, including, but not limited to, the Connecticut Food Bank or 3
2626 Foodshare, to increase the supply of food available to fight hunger. 4
2727 Statement of Purpose:
2828 To expand the supply of food available at smaller, private food pantries
2929 by allowing them to purchase food at discounted rates provided by
3030 larger food banks.
