1818 AN ACT PROHIBITING THE ADMINISTRATION OF CERTAIN
1919 VACCINES.
2020 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
2121 Assembly convened:

2323 That the general statutes be amended to prohibit the administration of 1
2424 any vaccine that does not meet the following criteria: (1) A pivotal trial 2
2525 conducted by the federal Food and Drug Administration has evaluated 3
2626 the safety of the vaccine against a control group that received: (A) A 4
2727 placebo; and (B) another vaccine or substance licensed by the federal 5
2828 Food and Drug Administration that was evaluated against a control 6
2929 group that received a placebo; (2) a pivotal trial conducted by the federal 7
3030 Food and Drug Administration has evaluated the vaccine for at least one 8
3131 year after the administration of the vaccine to capture potential 9
3232 autoimmune, neurological and chronic health effects that arise after 10
3333 administration of the vaccine; (3) the vaccine has been evaluated for its 11
3434 potential to (i) cause cancer, (ii) mutate genes, (iii) impair fertility, and 12
3535 (iv) cause autism spectrum disorder; and (4) the Department of Public 13
3636 Health has publicly disclosed the injury rate of the vaccine when 14
