LCO No. 1649 1 of 2 General Assembly Proposed Bill No. 6021 January Session, 2021 LCO No. 1649 Referred to Committee on PUBLIC HEALTH Introduced by: REP. DAUPHINAIS, 44th Dist. AN ACT PROHIBITING THE ADMINISTRATION OF CERTAIN VACCINES. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened: That the general statutes be amended to prohibit the administration of 1 any vaccine that does not meet the following criteria: (1) A pivotal trial 2 conducted by the federal Food and Drug Administration has evaluated 3 the safety of the vaccine against a control group that received: (A) A 4 placebo; and (B) another vaccine or substance licensed by the federal 5 Food and Drug Administration that was evaluated against a control 6 group that received a placebo; (2) a pivotal trial conducted by the federal 7 Food and Drug Administration has evaluated the vaccine for at least one 8 year after the administration of the vaccine to capture potential 9 autoimmune, neurological and chronic health effects that arise after 10 administration of the vaccine; (3) the vaccine has been evaluated for its 11 potential to (i) cause cancer, (ii) mutate genes, (iii) impair fertility, and 12 (iv) cause autism spectrum disorder; and (4) the Department of Public 13 Health has publicly disclosed the injury rate of the vaccine when 14 administered. 15 Proposed Bill No. 6021 LCO No. 1649 2 of 2 Statement of Purpose: To prohibit the administration of vaccines that do not meet certain criteria.
