| 24 | 24 | fireworks that may be legally sold and used in this state by allowing the 2 | |
| 25 | 25 | sale and use of all consumer fireworks permitted by federal law; (2) 3 | |
| 26 | 26 | require sellers of fireworks to obtain a federal, state and local license to 4 | |
| 27 | 27 | sell fireworks; (3) set the state licensing fee at two thousand five 5 | |
| 28 | 28 | hundred dollars; and (4) allow licensees to sell consumer fireworks only 6 | |
