AN ACT ESTABLISHING A WORKFORCE DEVELOPMENT PIPELINE
FOR PERSONS WITH DISABILITIES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to require the Department of 1
Economic and Community Development to establish a workforce 2
development pipeline program for persons with disabilities, which shall 3
incentivize businesses to provide robust training programs, offer 4
modified interviews and reserve market-rate full-time jobs for persons 5
with disabilities. 6
Statement of Purpose:
To establish a workforce development pipeline for persons with
disabilities.
