1818 AN ACT CONCERNING QUALIFYING CAREGIVERS AND PALLIATIVE
1919 USE OF MARIJUANA REGISTRATION FEES.
2020 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
2121 Assembly convened:

2323 That the general statutes be amended to only require qualifying 1
2424 patients issued a written certification for the palliative use of marijuana 2
2525 to pay the Department of Consumer Protection registration fee, and to 3
2626 waive such fee for qualifying caregivers registered pursuant to chapter 4
2727 420f of the general statutes. 5
2828 Statement of Purpose:
2929 To only require qualifying patients issued a written certification for the
3030 palliative use of marijuana to pay the Department of Consumer
3131 Protection registration fee, and to waive such fee for qualifying
3232 caregivers.
