Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened: That the general statutes be amended to only require qualifying 1 patients issued a written certification for the palliative use of marijuana 2 to pay the Department of Consumer Protection registration fee, and to 3 waive such fee for qualifying caregivers registered pursuant to chapter 4 420f of the general statutes. 5 Statement of Purpose: To only require qualifying patients issued a written certification for the palliative use of marijuana to pay the Department of Consumer Protection registration fee, and to waive such fee for qualifying caregivers.
